Our Policy: CoreMind subscriptions are generally non-refundable, consistent with industry-standard AI subscription services. Exceptions apply for billing errors, accidental charges, and where required by consumer law. If you have a concern, contact us — we review every case fairly.

01 Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for all products and services offered by Fortress Technologies Hub Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), including CoreMind (coremindx.ai) and API Fortress (api-fortress.fortresstechnologieshub.com).

Our approach to refunds is consistent with industry-standard AI subscription services. Subscriptions are non-refundable by default, with clearly defined exceptions. When you cancel, you retain full access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period — you are never cut off early.

All refund requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to approve or decline requests at our sole discretion, subject to applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

02 CoreMind Subscription Policy

CoreMind

2.1 General Rule

CoreMind Pro and Elite subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been charged. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current period, but you will retain full access to your paid tier until the end of that billing cycle.

2.2 Exceptions — When Refunds Are Issued

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Turkey, or another jurisdiction with statutory cooling-off rights, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This right applies to your first subscription only and does not apply to renewal charges.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your CoreMind subscription at any time through Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

03 CoreMind Developer API Credits

CoreMind API

CoreMind Developer API credits are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether they have been used. Credits do not expire, so unused credits remain available in your account indefinitely.

Exception: If credits were added to your account due to a verified billing error on our part, a full correction will be made. Contact [email protected] immediately.

Please purchase only the credits you intend to use. We do not offer refunds for unused credits under any other circumstances.

04 API Fortress Refund Policy

API Fortress

API Fortress is a B2B enterprise security service billed via bank transfer or e-transfer. Refund terms are governed by your individual enterprise service agreement. In general:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues are resolved quickly through direct communication, and a chargeback is rarely necessary.

In certain cases we may offer service credits as an alternative to a monetary refund. Service credits:

If you believe your situation warrants consideration outside the standard policy — such as a medical emergency, a prolonged service disruption, or an exceptional billing issue — please contact us and explain your circumstances. We review each case individually and may, at our sole discretion, offer accommodations.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Exceptions are granted entirely at our discretion and are not a precedent for future requests.

10 Canadian Consumer Protection

This Refund Policy is subject to applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) and any other applicable provincial or federal laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may contact the relevant provincial consumer protection authority in addition to reaching out to us directly.

11 Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. For active subscriptions, the policy in effect at the time of your most recent purchase will generally govern that transaction. We will notify registered users of material changes via email where applicable.
