2. CoreMind Refund Policy
2.1 Subscription Plans
CoreMind offers various subscription plans. Our refund policy for subscriptions is as follows:

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

- After 3 months: No refund, but you may cancel to prevent future renewal
2.3 Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial and were subsequently charged, you may request a full refund within 7 days of being charged, provided you did not make significant use of the paid features during that period.

3. API Fortress Refund Policy
3.1 Enterprise Subscriptions
API Fortress is an enterprise product with customized pricing and terms. Refund policies for API Fortress are governed by your individual service agreement. Generally:
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Annual contracts may include early termination provisions

3.2 Pilot Programs
If you are participating in a pilot or trial program for API Fortress, the terms of that program will specify any applicable refund policies.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Charges older than 90 days
- Third-party fees or taxes
- Custom development or consulting services already performed

- Suspension of your account pending investigation
- Inability to create new accounts with our services
- Additional fees if the chargeback is found to be invalid
7. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. Service credits:
- Can be applied to future purchases or subscription renewals
- Do not expire for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Are non-transferable and have no cash value
